⚠️ for clients that has osteoporosis & disc issues your teacher will modify some exercises.
Please have the following props available for your online class:
• Mat
• 36” Foam roller
• Fletcher Towel or tea towel
• A pair of 2 lbs hand weights
• A counter top/back of a dinning chair/railing/wall
